  • Standard Shipping (DTC & Subscription Customers): FREE on orders $49.99+ | $14.99 for orders under $49.99. Orders ship every Tuesday & Thursday. Delivery time is 1-3 business days dependent on your location.
  • Retail/Wholesale Shipping: FREE on orders 40+ lbs | $19.99 for orders under 40 lbs. Orders ship every Tuesday & Thursday. Delivery time is 1-3 business days dependent on your location.

3. Shipping and Delivery Costs

  • Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping thresholds: $49.99+ for DTC and subscription customers, 40+ lbs for retail partners.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We ship to the contiguous United States.
  • Local delivery is available in the Charlotte metro area. Contact us at contact@COREK-9.com to confirm your delivery area.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped or scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking or delivery details to monitor the status.

6. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping or delivery information. CORE K9 is not responsible for orders shipped or delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
