1. Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday to ensure maximum freshness.
Order Cutoff Times:
- Order by Monday at noon → Ships Tuesday
- Order by Wednesday at noon → Ships Thursday
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Local Delivery (Charlotte Metro Area):
- FREE on orders $49.99+
- $9.99 for orders under $49.99
- Delivered fresh every Tuesday & Thursday
Standard Shipping (DTC & Subscription Customers):
- FREE on orders $49.99+
- $14.99 for orders under $49.99
- Ships every Tuesday & Thursday
- Delivery: 1-3 business days via UPS Ground (contiguous U.S.)
Retail/Wholesale Shipping:
- FREE on orders 40+ lbs
- $19.99 for orders under 40 lbs
- Ships every Tuesday & Thursday
- Delivery: 1-3 business days
3. Delivery Coverage
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states via UPS Ground shipping.
Local delivery is available in the Charlotte metro area. Contact us at contact@COREK-9.com to confirm your delivery area.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships or is scheduled for local delivery, you'll receive an email with tracking or delivery details to monitor its status.
5. Shipping & Packaging
All CORE K9 meals are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and dry ice to keep them fresh until arrival. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze immediately.
6. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping or delivery information. CORE K9 is not responsible for orders shipped or delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For missed deliveries or address issues, contact us immediately at contact@COREK-9.com, and we'll assist in resolving the issue.
7. Perishable Product Policy
Since our products are perishable, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package. Keep your contact information current so our carrier can reach you if needed.
