En CORE K9, la satisfacción del cliente es nuestra máxima prioridad. Nos comprometemos a ofrecer comidas de alta calidad y cocinadas con delicadeza para sus mascotas. Lea las siguientes pautas sobre devoluciones y reembolsos para garantizar una experiencia sin problemas:
1. Productos perecederos
Dado que nuestros alimentos para perros son perecederos y se elaboran en el momento, no aceptamos devoluciones una vez enviados o entregados. Sin embargo, si surge algún problema con su pedido, con gusto le ayudaremos a encontrar una solución.
2. Reembolsos
Se podrán emitir reembolsos en las siguientes circunstancias:
- Producto dañado o estropeado: Si recibe un producto dañado o estropeado al momento de la entrega, contáctenos dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción. Incluya una descripción del problema y, si es posible, fotos para ayudarnos a procesar su reclamación.
- Pedido incorrecto: si recibe el artículo o la porción incorrecta, notifíquenos dentro de las 24 horas y haremos los arreglos para enviar el producto correcto o emitir un reembolso.
Las solicitudes de reembolso fuera de estas circunstancias se considerarán caso por caso.
3. Cancelaciones
Los pedidos pueden cancelarse antes de su envío. Para solicitar la cancelación, contáctenos dentro de las 12 horas posteriores a la realización del pedido. Una vez procesado o enviado, no podemos emitir reembolsos.

For the first 9 years of Caesar’s life he was on dry dog food. During that time I have spent a great deal of money on different health issues! I started to worry that as he got older his health issue would bankrupt me. After some gentle prodding, I started Ceasar on Corek-9. Two years later, I am now an advocate for this company. Ceasar at 11 runs around the block as he did as a pup! He is leaner and has an amazing coat. More than that, the thing that has sold me—Ceasar does not have any of the health issues that worried me before. He does not act like an eleven year old dog. I recommend that if your fur baby is having any kind of health issue, give Corek-9 a try. Give it a try even absent of health issues and see the difference real food can have on the life and health of your baby!

Core K9 is a great dog food. My dog enjoys his food very much and gets excited when I am preparing it. Since I have been feeding this to him I have noticed fewer allergies (itching), and his poop does not have much odor. I would highly recommend this product for your fur babies.

Our two Labradoodles LOVE this yummy and healthy food. The quality, packaging and care placed into this food is simply amazing! We have it as a topper over kibble and sometimes for a special treat alone! Time to order more....:-)
King can be quite particular about his food, but you handled it like a pro with that chicken & lentil. I'm just about to order some more.
Ruby who used to be a picky eater when it came to her kibble loves Beef & Barley as well as the other two entrees. She hears the refrigerator door open and runs into the kitchen where she barks in delight and does a little dance. She is soooo happy to eat.
My dogs love this as a topper. It adds nutritional value as an additive that is still affordable.
Bentley loves the food and it is good for him. He gets all four meals since a variety of protein sources is a healthy way to go.
