At CORE K9, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, gently cooked meals for your furry companions. Please read the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure a smooth experience:

1. Perishable Products

Since our dog food products are perishable and made fresh, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been shipped or delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Spoiled Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or has spoiled upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Include a description of the issue and any photos, if possible, to help us process your claim.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item or portion, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange to send the correct product or issue a refund.

Refund requests outside these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Medium Dogs (20–50 lbs): 2–3 pieces
  • Large Dogs (50+ lbs): 3–5 pieces

Finally! A Treat that I can use to really train my dog!

Ceasar at 11

For the first 9 years of Caesar’s life he was on dry dog food. During that time I have spent a great deal of money on different health issues! I started to worry that as he got older his health issue would bankrupt me. After some gentle prodding, I started Ceasar on Corek-9. Two years later, I am now an advocate for this company. Ceasar at 11 runs around the block as he did as a pup! He is leaner and has an amazing coat. More than that, the thing that has sold me—Ceasar does not have any of the health issues that worried me before. He does not act like an eleven year old dog. I recommend that if your fur baby is having any kind of health issue, give Corek-9 a try.
