CORE K9 Shipping, Returns & Freshness Guarantee

We want you and your dog to have a positive experience with CORE K9. Because our gently cooked entrées are frozen and perishable, please review the following guidelines.

1. Frozen and Perishable Products

For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of frozen or perishable products once they have been shipped, delivered, or picked up. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review the issue and help make it right.

2. Warm, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives warm, damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please email contact@COREK-9.com and include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the packaging and affected products

Please keep the product and packaging until we have reviewed your request. Do not feed your dog any product that appears spoiled or unsafe.

3. Refunds and Replacements

After reviewing the information provided, CORE K9 may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed and are determined based on the circumstances of each order. CORE K9 cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

• Products that were not promptly retrieved or properly stored after delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied during checkout
• Missed deliveries
• Changes in a dog’s taste preferences
• Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery or pickup

4. Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders may be canceled only before preparation or fulfillment begins.

Because orders are prepared according to our production and delivery schedule, we cannot guarantee cancellation based solely on the number of hours since the order was placed. Once an order has been prepared, processed, shipped, or scheduled for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Shipping and Local Delivery

Shipping orders leave CORE K9 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Charlotte-area local deliveries are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the preceding calendar day to qualify for the next scheduled shipping or local-delivery day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be prepared for the following available fulfillment day.
